Scott Baum is the founder and principal of Sublime Windows LLC. He has an engineering and architecture background and 20+ years of experience in the building trades. Over the last 10+ years Scott has specialized in the design of double-stud-wall, zero net energy homes, and was certified as a Passive House consultant in 2012. He is passionate about building science and uses the Passive House PHPP software, WUFI Passive, LBNL Therm and LBNL Window7 software to study energy efficient buildings.
